This creamed spinach recipe is a snap to make, yet tastes wonderful.
• 2 12oz bags of baby spinach
• ¼ cup butter
• 1 15oz can of condensed
cream of mushroom soup
• ¼ cup Neufchatel cheese
• Garlic salt to taste
Melt butter over medium low heat. Stir in soup and cheese. When the cheese is melted, add spinach and stir
until reduced. Add garlic salt to taste.
